Kottab

Kottab is an organization that teaches quran and other islamic and arabic teachings to students in the arab region through online one-on-one sessions with teachers. The organization required a system that manages the schedules of different students in various parts of the region. The system provided the staff the ability to receive requests of joining Kottab and create schedules that fit each student best and match them with teachers in different courses that are available to students. It also offers a bird-eye view of students, teachers and schedules in a calendar view that helps each of them keep track of their schedules and sessions. Zoom is integrated into the system as a tool to facilitate the communication between teachers and students and offers a platform for recording sessions for quality control.
